I don’t know the right words to describe 2024, but surprisingly, it has been my most successful year. I also experienced my highest levels of burnout. So I’m looking to reconcile these two things. But I’m hella proud of what I accomplished this year and the ways that I stretched myself personally and professionally, from getting a trainer to taking on and crushing a big project. As artists, we spend a little too much time doubting ourselves, which holds us back from creating and sharing life-changing work. So whatever we can do to get over that doubt is a good thing. Then at the end of the year, I read through each entry and really try to process and reflect on all that I have done, all the ways that I have grown.
